Service Description

This 3-week, beginners-only yoga series is designed for those who are brand new to yoga and are looking for individualized attention, clear instruction, and mindful guidance throughout each class. Classes are intentionally kept smaller to do just that! By the end of the 3 weeks you'll leave with greater body awareness and tools that you can carry into the next beginner's session or any one of our all-levels class sessions.
