Join Erin and Colleen for Part 2 of this experiential series designed to explore, understand, and embody the seven main chakras through movement, discussion, breathwork, and meditation. Heart to Crown with focus on: Heart • Throat • Third Eye • Crown We begin again at the Heart as a bridge, then move upward into authentic expression (Throat), intuition and insight (Third Eye), and spacious awareness (Crown). While the two evenings of this series complement one another, each class stands on its own so you are welcome to attend one or both, no prerequisites required. Come ready to move, reflect, and rise through the energetic centers that shape how we feel, relate, express, and grow.
