Join Erin and Colleen for Part 1 of this experiential series designed to explore, understand, and embody the seven main chakras through movement, discussion, breathwork, and meditation. Foundation to Heart focuses on: Root • Sacral • Solar Plexus • Heart We begin at the base and rise upward, grounding into stability and safety (Root), exploring creativity and flow (Sacral), strengthening confidence and personal power (Solar Plexus), and opening into compassion and connection (Heart). While the two evenings of this series complement one another, each class stands on its own so you are welcome to attend one or both, no prerequisites required. Come ready to move, reflect, and rise through the energetic centers that shape how we feel, relate, express, and grow.
