New to Yoga or wanting to get back to its roots? This class is perfect for you! We’ll guide you through foundational poses, breathwork, and mindful flows - all at a comfortable, supportive pace. No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open mind. Our next 8 week session begins on 4/6 and runs though 5/25/26.
