Service Description

Treat yourself to a mindful pause in your day with this rejuvenating Midday Flow Yoga class. This all-levels class is designed to release tension, boost energy, and enhance mental clarity - leaving you ready to take on the rest of your week with focus and energy. This pro-rated 4 week session runs from 8/3 though 8/31/26. Please note that there is no class on 8/17 because we will be moving our oldest son into his college dorm! Recordings of each class will be available. Location: 970 Harris Rd, Suite 2B, Grayslake
