Treat yourself to a mindful pause in your day with this rejuvenating Midday Flow Yoga class. This all-levels class is designed to release tension, boost energy, and enhance mental clarity - leaving you ready to take on the rest of your week with focus and ease. This prorated 7 week session begins on 2/7 and runs though 3/30/26. Please note we will not have class on 3/23 due to spring break. Recordings of each class will be available!
