This NEW class is a joyful blend of low-impact dance, mindful movement, and yoga that invites you to move intuitively, breathe purposefully, and reconnect with yourself to feel whole, safe, and at home in your body and mind. The session runs from 10/1 to 11/19/26. No dance or yoga experience necessary, just a willingness to have fun and try something different! Note: class is done barefoot. Location: 970 Harris Rd, Suite 2B, Grayslake
