Treat yourself to a mindful pause in your day with this rejuvenating Midday Flow Yoga class. This all-levels class is designed to release tension, boost energy, and enhance mental clarity - leaving you ready to take on the rest of your week with focus and ease. The full summer session is 12 weeks and run from 6/8 to 8/31/26. Recordings of each class will be available! Please note that there is NO class on 6/29. Location: 970 Harris Rd, Suite 2B, Grayslake
