Service Description

New to Yoga or wanting to get back to its roots? This class is perfect for you! We’ll guide you through foundational poses, breathwork, and mindful flows - all at a comfortable, supportive pace. No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open mind. Our full 12 week summer session begins on 6/8 and runs though 8/31/26. As always, recordings of each class will be available throughout the duration of the session. Please note that there is NO class on 6/29. Location: 970 Harris Rd, Suite 2B, Grayslake
