Mon 7pm Foundations of Yoga - Summer 2

Service Description

New to Yoga or wanting to get back to its roots? This class is perfect for you! We’ll guide you through foundational poses, breathwork, and mindful flows - all at a comfortable, supportive pace. No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open mind. This pro-rated 4 week session begins on 8/3 and runs though 8/31/26. Please note that there is no class on 8/17 as we are moving our oldest son into his college dorm! As always, recordings of each class will be available throughout the duration of the session.
